About this course
Literature exams reward close reading more than memorised summary - a question usually asks what a specific line is doing, not what the poem is "about" in general. This course's mock tests are built as unseen-passage and close-reading exercises for that reason, alongside the grammar and writing questions that make up the rest of most papers.
