Tripura NEET Counselling is conducted annually by the Directorate of Medical Education, Tripura, under the Government of Tripura. It facilitates admission to undergraduate medical and dental programs in state-run and private institutions. The process ensures transparency by aligning seat allocation with NEET UG rankings. Candidates must register online, select preferred colleges and courses, and attend counselling sessions as per the schedule. Seat allotment is based on merit, reservation policies, and availability of seats.

Candidates must have qualified the NEET UG exam. They should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31, 2026. Applicants must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as main subjects. Only those who meet these criteria are eligible to participate in the counselling process for MBBS or BDS seats in Tripura.
