The scholarship is open to all applicants regardless of income, but preference may be given to those with exceptional academic records or relevant professional experience.

Applicants must register and participate in the online challenge available on the official website. The challenge consists of multiple-choice questions and free-text responses. After submission, winners will be selected based on their performance. Successful candidates will receive full tuition fee waivers for their chosen Master’s programme starting in the academic year following the challenge.
