Christian Medical College, Vellore, invites applications for Medical Post Graduate courses (MD/MS/Diplomas) & Residency in Medical Physics commencing in 2011.

The courses are available at Christian Medical College Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. The application form, admission bulletin, and prospectus can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar or downloaded from the website http://home.cmcvellore.ac.in/admissions/admin.htm.

The last date for receipt of the filled application is 30.10.2010. Entrance tests will be held on 27.11.2010 at various locations, and special tests and interviews will be conducted at Vellore for short-listed candidates on 03.01.2011. Medical PG courses will commence on 01.03.2011.

Eligibility criteria for the Medical Post Graduate courses include:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college
• Completion of one year of internship
• Registration with the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council
• Age limit: 35 years for general category, 40 years for SC/ST/OBC category

2. Alternatively, obtain the application form and prospectus from the Office of the Registrar by paying Rs. 750/- as Demand Draft payable at Vellore favoring "CMC Vellore Association a/c" or as challan mentioning FC-CMC-V at any branch of the ICICI Bank in India.
3. Fill the application form and attach the required documents, including a Demand Draft or original challan, and send it to the Office of the Registrar, CMC, Thorapadi PO, Vellore-2.
4. Ensure that the application form is complete and submitted before the last date of 30.10.2010.
