The Central Leather Research Institute (CLRI) invites eligible candidates to apply for its Ph.D. programme under AcSIR. This programme is open to those with a Master’s degree in Science and a valid national-level fellowship such as JRF/SRF, INSPIRE, or equivalent. CLRI, a premier research institute under CSIR, offers research opportunities in leather science and allied fields.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Science with a valid national-level fellowship like JRF/SRF, INSPIRE, or equivalent. CSIR scientists recruited from 2009 onwards, existing research fellows, and project assistants working in CSIR labs for at least one year are also eligible. No additional marks or income criteria apply.
