The Government of Tamil Nadu invites eligible women candidates to apply for admission to the Diploma in Nursing Course for the 2008-2009 session. This government scholarship supports women seeking a diploma-level nursing education in Tamil Nadu. Candidates must meet the specified age and educational criteria to qualify for consideration.

Women candidates must be at least 17 years old and not exceed 30 years of age as of 31.12.2008. For SC/ST candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed to 35 years. OC, BC, BCM, and MBC categories are eligible under these conditions.
