About
The National Academy of Agricultural Research Management Post-Graduate Diploma in Management – Agriculture (PGDMA) is a two-year full-time residential programme designed for graduates interested in careers in agribusiness management and agricultural research. The course is offered by the National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM), an institution under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) in Hyderabad. The programme combines management education with agricultural sciences to develop professionals capable of leading agricultural enterprises and policy-making bodies.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in agriculture or allied sciences from a recognized university. Candidates belonging to general category should have at least 60% marks or an equivalent OGPA, while reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EBC/DNT/PwD) require 55% or equivalent. There is no upper age limit. Preference may be given to candidates with work experience in agriculture or related fields.
How to apply
Interested candidates need to apply online through the official NAARM portal. The application form requires personal details, academic records, and work experience (if any). Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and interview. Final selection is based on academic performance, work experience, and performance in the selection rounds. The official page lists the current application fee and submission guidelines.
