The programme is delivered through self-study materials, case studies, and a strong focus on Business English. It includes electives in HRM, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Advertising, CRM, Retail, and International Trade. The institute provides placement assistance and conducts examinations four times a year at 75 centres across India.
