The IIM Kozhikode Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a full-time residential doctoral programme for students aiming to build a career in research and academia. The programme provides a structured environment for advanced studies in management disciplines. It includes a monthly fellowship stipend, fee waivers, a contingency grant, and support for academic conferences and international exchanges.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade point average. Those with a professional qualification like CA, ICWA, or CS are also eligible. There is no upper age limit. Candidates in the final year of their Master’s programme may apply, subject to completing their degree before joining.
