Three scholarships are awarded annually to Indian citizens who hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or its equivalent and meet the age requirement. Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of professional experience in the relevant technical field. The scholarship aims to enhance practical skills and cross-cultural professional exposure for early-career engineers.

The official page lists any additional eligibility criteria, such as subject-specific requirements or work experience thresholds.
