The Gurukul Anubhav Scholarship Scheme by SPIC MACAY offers school and college students the chance to experience the guru-shishya tradition. Through this scheme, students spend a month during summer vacations (May/June/July) living and learning with a guru, gaining exposure to a different system of education and living. It aims to help students understand India’s core competence in its traditional knowledge systems by observing dedicated practitioners in their fields.

Open to Indian students enrolled in school or college. Applicants must demonstrate a keen interest in traditional knowledge systems, arts, or practices. There are no strict income or marks criteria, but preference may be given to students from economically weaker backgrounds or underrepresented communities. The scheme does not require a formal application through platforms like NSP or NTA.

Interested students should visit the official page listed by the provider. The page provides details on the application process, including required documents and selection criteria.
