The Hesselbein Student Leadership Summit is an international program designed for student leaders seeking a globally-minded leadership experience. Over four days, participants engage in interactive workshops, receive mentorship from government and business leaders, and work on hands-on problem-solving sessions. The summit brings together accomplished student leaders from college campuses worldwide to foster transformative leadership skills and collaborative learning.

Open to rising sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduating seniors currently enrolled in undergraduate programs. Students from all academic disciplines and backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Selection is based on demonstrated leadership potential, commitment to community engagement, and academic performance. No specific income or marks criteria are listed by the provider.

Students must submit an online application through the official Hesselbein Forum page. The application typically requires personal details, academic transcripts, a statement of purpose, and letters of recommendation. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview or additional assessments. The official page lists the current application requirements and process.
