The IIM Ranchi Post Graduate Programme in Management is a two-year full-time residential course for graduate students who have taken the Common Admission Test (CAT). The programme is designed to develop analytical, leadership and managerial skills required for business and industry. IIM Ranchi is mentored by IIM Calcutta during its initial years, ensuring academic rigour and industry relevance in the curriculum.

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC, ST and PwD categories). Candidates should have appeared for the CAT examination in the relevant academic year. There are no additional income or domicile restrictions for this programme.
