The IGNOU-Diploma in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) – Finance and Accounting is a joint programme by the Indira Gandhi National Open University and Accenture. It trains students and professionals in core BPO skills so they can work in finance and accounting outsourcing roles. The curriculum covers industry-relevant tools, processes and communication practices needed for entry-level and mid-career positions in the BPO sector.
