Fellows receive financial support and work on specialized research in areas such as Ecosystem and Environment Management, Financial Management, and Human Resource Management. The programme aims to develop scholars capable of contributing to policy and practice in sustainable development and environmental governance.

Selection is based on academic performance, work experience, and performance in written tests and interviews.
