The application form can also be obtained on cash payment of Rs. 650/- (Rs. 400/- for SC/ST) from the Counter of the Main Post Office of the BHU Campus (Near Kendriya Vidyalaya, BHU) between 25.01.05 and 01.04.05 in working hours.

The last date for submission of completed application is 04.04.05 upto 5.00 PM.

Eligibility

Because this is an admission notice, the conditions described are entry requirements for the course rather than criteria for a financial award. Candidates were generally expected to have passed the intermediate or class 12 examination, or an equivalent examination from a recognised board, with science including biology and with English among the subjects studied. A concession in the cost of the application material was indicated for scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates. Admission to ayurvedic medicine courses in India is now regulated through a national entrance examination and centralised counselling, so candidates should check the current national and university requirements before making any plans.
