The IIM Ahmedabad Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a doctoral-level scholarship for students who wish to pursue advanced research in management studies. Recognized as equivalent to a Ph.D., the FPM equips scholars with the skills to investigate complex management issues and contribute to academia, industry, and policymaking. The programme prepares researchers and faculty for leading institutions while also developing management experts for businesses, government, and society at both national and international levels. Applicants must hold a master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade point average. Those with a bachelor’s degree in engineering must have a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent. Candidates in their final year of a qualifying degree may also apply. There are no age restrictions. Reserved category candidates (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD) are eligible for relaxation as per government norms.
