About

The AICTE – Swanath Scholarship Scheme 2026-2027 Techinical Degree and Diploma is a government assistance program designed by the All India Council for Technical Education to support orphans, children who lost parents to COVID-19, and wards of martyred security personnel. This initiative ensures that vulnerable students receive the financial backing needed to pursue higher education. By assisting eligible candidates enrolled in technical degree and diploma courses, the scheme helps remove financial barriers and promotes equitable access to technical education. Selected recipients receive an annual grant to help manage their tuition and academic expenditures, enabling them to complete their studies at AICTE-approved institutions across India successfully.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria: - Must be an orphan, a child whose parent(s) died due to COVID-19, or a ward of Armed Forces/Central Paramilitary Forces martyred in action. - Must be currently pursuing a technical diploma or degree course at an AICTE-approved institution. - Total annual family income from all sources must not exceed Rs. 8 Lakh.
