The All India Pre-Medical Scholarship Test (PRIMARY) is a national-level examination for Indian students seeking undergraduate admission in pharmacy, biotechnology, nursing, paramedical, physiotherapy, agriculture, and medical laboratory technology programs. Conducted by Brainztorm Technical Excellences Pvt Ltd, the test identifies meritorious candidates from financially constrained backgrounds and connects them with over 500 government-approved colleges offering these courses. Successful candidates receive admission along with scholarship support to pursue their chosen medical or allied health programs.

Open to Indian students who have completed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics, and English. Applicants must belong to economically weaker sections (EWS), scheduled castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST), other backward classes (OBC), or other eligible categories as defined by the conducting body. There is no minimum percentage requirement specified, but candidates must meet the academic criteria for admission to the listed undergraduate programs in the participating institutions.

Register online through the official portal by providing personal, academic, and contact details. Upload required documents such as Class 12 marksheet, caste certificate (if applicable), income certificate, and passport-sized photograph. Pay the application fee as per the official schedule. After submission, download the admit card when released and appear for the AIPMST (Primary) examination on the notified date. Results will be declared online, and qualified candidates can proceed with scholarship-linked admission in participating colleges.
