Avinashilingam Deemed University offers MBA admission exclusively for women graduates. The two-year postgraduate programme has two specialisations: General Administration and IT Organisation Administration (E-business integrated Management), delivered in collaboration with IBM and Lotus Corp. The curriculum combines core management concepts with hands-on exposure to enterprise technologies, preparing graduates for leadership roles in technology-driven enterprises and public sector organisations.

Women who hold a bachelor’s degree from any UGC-recognised university with at least 55 % marks are eligible. Preference is given to applicants with prior work experience, engineering graduates, and computer professionals. Selection is based on valid scores from national management entrance tests such as MAT, CAT, JMET, XAT, ATMA, or TANCET, followed by a group discussion and personal interview.
