The 4th Bose Einstein Scholarship Test (B.E.S.T) is an online mathematics scholarship examination for Indian students from classes V to IX. Conducted by the JMMC Research Foundation, the test aims to identify and nurture mathematical talent among young learners. It aligns with the belief that mathematics is a universal language for understanding the world. Participants are evaluated on problem-solving skills and conceptual clarity, with the goal of encouraging excellence in the subject.

Open to Indian students currently enrolled in classes V through IX. There are no income or mark-based restrictions. The test is divided into six levels: Pre-foundation (A and B for classes V and VI), Foundation (A and B for classes VII and VIII), and Intermediate (A and B for classes IX). Students from all educational boards are eligible to apply.

Registration for the 4th B.E.S.T is conducted online through the official portal of the JMMC Research Foundation. Students must fill in personal and academic details, select their class level, and pay the registration fee if applicable. After submission, an admit card is generated, which must be presented at the designated test center. The test is conducted in an online proctored environment, and results are declared on the official website.
