Organized by the Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC), an Inter-University Centre of the University Grants Commission (UGC), the competition supports the production and telecast of educational content through the Vyas channel and DD Plus. Open to students enrolled in any recognized Indian university or college. There are no restrictions based on marks, income, or category. Both individual participants and teams are eligible.
