The EDII-PG Diploma in Management is a two-year AICTE-approved programme for professionals aiming to work in development sector management and social entrepreneurship. It trains managers of national and international NGOs, government agencies, and social enterprises to build analytical and leadership skills for the development sector. The course combines classroom learning with field projects to prepare fellows for roles in development research, microfinance, enterprise development, and CSR.

Open to graduates in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates currently working with NGOs, government organizations, or social enterprises are preferred. Selection is based on academic record, work experience, and an interview. No specific income or marks criteria are mentioned; preference is given to candidates with a demonstrated commitment to social development.
