The IIM Raipur Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a full-time residential doctoral programme for students who want to pursue advanced research in management. Established in 2010 by the Government of India, IIM Raipur’s FPM prepares scholars for careers in academia, research institutions, and industry. The programme emphasizes rigorous training in management theory and practice, enabling students to contribute original knowledge in their chosen specialization areas.

Applicants must hold a master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade. Those with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or medicine can apply with a minimum of 60% marks. The programme is open to all categories, including SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD, and general candidates. Work experience is not mandatory but is considered an advantage. Candidates must also qualify in the IIM Raipur FPM admission process, which includes written tests and interviews.
