The Innovation Scholars In-Residence Programme invites Indian students with a proven record of innovation to spend two weeks at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The programme offers a unique opportunity to engage with national leaders, exchange ideas, and contribute to policy discussions. Selected scholars will be hosted in the President’s estate, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.

All Indian nationals are eligible to apply, regardless of their academic level. Applicants must demonstrate a track record of innovation and the implementation of novel ideas in their field. There are no restrictions based on marks, income, or social category. The selection committee evaluates applications based on the originality and impact of the innovations proposed.

Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format available on the official website of the President of India. The application requires details of the applicant’s innovation, its implementation, and supporting documents. A screening committee will shortlist candidates, and the final selection will be decided by the committee. No offline applications are accepted.
