Frequently asked questions
Can I use the pass on both laptop and mobile? expand_more
Yes. Sign in with the same account on the website and in the EXAMIN app — an attempt started on one can be finished on the other.
When does access start? expand_more
Immediately after payment is confirmed. The validity shown on the plan is counted from that moment.
What happens when my pass expires? expand_more
You keep every result and report you have already generated; you simply cannot start new tests covered by the pass until you renew.
Which payment methods are supported? expand_more
UPI, cards and netbanking through our payment gateway. Card details are entered on the gateway, never on this site.
Can I get a refund? expand_more
Refunds are covered by our terms — see the refund section on the Terms page, or contact support and we will look at your case.
